Overview
The development of this site has an interesting story. We met Andy at the 2006 Maker Faire in San Mateo, CA. Andy had an idea and we had resources. Following the event we discussed the potential of Simplified Building Concepts handling back-end distribution for Andy's furniture. Not only were we able to provide Andy with a web site, but we also with manufacturing, warehouse and packaging services. This is a growing part of what Simplified Building Concepts is all about - helping people who have ideas bring their products to the global marketplace.

When this site was built Andy was a young designer looking to make his entry into the marketplace. We partnered with him to manufacture, store and distribute his designs.

Instead of leveraging dollars, we leveraged relationships. We were able to provide Andy with a complete solution for zero dollars down. Profits are shared as Andy's designs continue to sell.
